The city has all the ingredients for a nice vacation: the sea (“la Mer” in French), plenty of sun, palm trees, many shops, restaurants and some nightclubs, for those who can’t sleep.

You cannot miss “Promenade de la Croisette”, the street where the famous Film Festival is hosted. This boulevard stretches along the beach and is about 2 km long. Prepare for some serious window shopping because here you can find also expensive designer shops like Chanel, Dior, Gucci. Even though we didn’t see any celebrities here, we figured they might be hiding somewhere close, because the city hosts many other music and film festivals.
